Goods vehicles may not travel slower than the speed shown.

On any public road where slow goods vehicles would disrupt the traffic flow.
Purpose
To set a minimum speed that applies to goods vehicles.
Action
If you drive a goods vehicle, do not drive slower than the speed shown, unless traffic or road conditions force you to.
